What happens after my $1 trial?
After your 7-day, $1 trial you'll be billed at the regular monthly (or annual) rate for the plan you selected — $9/mo for Starter, $29/mo for Creator, or $99/mo for Agency. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you won't be charged anything more. We'll send you a reminder email before your trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no questions asked. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again after that. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.
Is there a free plan?
We don't offer a permanent free plan, but every plan starts with a full-featured 7-day trial for just $1. This gives you complete access to all the tools in your chosen plan so you can see exactly what PodGorilla can do before committing.
What AI voices are included?
All plans include access to our niche expert AI speakers — 25 on Starter, 50 on Creator, and 100 on Agency. You can also use our built-in voice engine or bring your own ElevenLabs API key. Creator and Agency plans include additional custom voices and a pronunciation library.
Can I use my own voice?
Yes — all plans include at least one custom voice. Starter includes 1 custom voice, Creator gives you 5, and Agency offers unlimited custom voices. You can also bring your own ElevenLabs API key on any plan for even more flexibility.
Do unused episodes roll over?
Episode credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Starter includes 10 episodes/month, Creator includes 50, and Agency is fully unlimited. If you regularly need more, upgrading to the next tier is the best option.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new plan's features and we'll prorate the cost for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is VAT/tax included in the price?
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location and local regulations. Business customers in eligible regions can provide a VAT number at checkout to have it removed. If you have questions about tax treatment, contact us.
